     My recipes have been gathered, tweaked and created from many years of curiosity and the blessings of having a family who loved to explore cooking mysteries.  Our family never had the discretionary income to eat at restaurants, but the meals at home were always different, creative and brimming with love.  I then had a very lucky life that enabled me to explore different countries' foods and my core of true enthusiasm that led many chefs to talk to me and help me with recipes and tips along the way.  And I am just as happy to share with others so they too find the fun I do in making something others enjoy.. and the thrill that comes when they say, "can you tell me your recipe?"

    Book a Class

    One of the best ways to get more acquainted with the bounty of food options is to book a class.  Classes are held in the fall, winter and spring with menus that celebrate the seasons when possible..


    Classes begin at 5pm where we  cook together, drink good wines together and dine together.  The classes are $85.00 per person. 


    You can also schedule a private class for 8-10 people. I will work with you on the menu.
